The Experience
This is for you if you may share the belief that our dogs mirror to us what we need to become aware of within ourselves to live a more conscious and fulfilling life. When we choose to learn how to communicate with our dogs, we enter a spectacular sphere of personal and spiritual growth. The goal of this approach is to create a positive, stress free relationship between us and the dogs based on trust, mutual respect and effective communication.

The experience with Allyson was incredible!! The house is wonderful, with a great structure. The bedroom is perfect with a very comfortable bed, the kitchen is fully equipped and she makes all the equipment available for use. Some days, due to the number of animals in the house, you end up feeling a bit overwhelmed hahaha, but nothing that a job outside the house taking care of the chickens or cutting wood can't help to distract you (using headphones while working also helps hahah). My relationship with Allyson was very good, we had good conversations and exchanged personal experiences.

My experience with Allyson was beyond expectations. This is perfect for dog lovers, as you'll share spaces with over 20 dogs. She also has chickens, a rabbit, and cats, each in their own area. I helped with cleaning and creating Instagram accounts, but you can also assist with outdoor tasks as building a fence for her field around the house. Work starts at 8the guest house30 AM but is flexible, with respected hours. You can hike around the house (1-hour walk from the train station), and Allyson can give you a ride too. This train station is about 30 minutes from Bologna.

This experience volunteering with 26 dogs was life changing, and altered my perspective of life in so many ways. Allyson was the most amazing, genuine, caring, and charismatic woman I have ever met!! She is a beauitful soul, and she taught me so much. From teaching me Italian, showing me Italian movies, making me amazing Italian meals and just highlighting cultural differences— I was given ample opportunity to immerse myself in the culture. She introduced me to locals as well!! She cares so deeply for her animals— and I just loved them SO much, and taking care of them. I hope to be back ❤️

It was a wonderful experience being with Allyson! Your dogs are also incredible and very special, I loved being with them. The place is beautiful, all work carried out was as agreed and schedules were flexible. Allyson loves to share, we often cooked food together, went for walks and got to know the region. I learned a lot during those days, we became great friends, it was an experience that I will always remember with great affection. I recommend it to everyone :)

The days I spent at the guest house Dogs on Bologna's hills were wonderful, Allyson has great affection and care for me and the dogs, cats, chickens and rabbits, she is always ready to help, she cares if we are well, she always asks if something is missing or if I wanted something, she is wonderful in the kitchen and made wonderful dishes, she made me feel at ease and comfortable to work and carry out the tasks, she accepted suggestions and I was able to feel at home, in addition, the Allyson's house has a wonderful energy. Gratitude.
