Thanos and Vaso are great people with a lot of knowledge in different areas of the sport. Water sports training is a high quality. The work was not hard, I had plenty of free time. I managed to windsurf 2 times and paddleboard many times, but unfortunately I was with them at the end of the season (and most of the time there was no proper wind) and I didn't have a chance to learn any practical skills of kitesurfing. In October it's very quiet and peaceful and good for people who like to read or write. I thank Thanos and Vaso for their hospitality and wish them success in their future endeavors.

The surf camp is an amazing place, it is located far from the city, facing the sea and with a view of Mount Olympus. The tourist places are a bit far but it is totally worth walking because along the way there are some incredible views and very nice hidden places. Vaso and Thanos are wonderful people, always attentive to what you may need, they make sure you eat well and make you feel part of their family. Their little son is very adorable, and playing with him was a lot of fun. The work is fair, some days are a bit more active than others but tasks are not that complicated in general. Thank you <3

The surf camp was my first experience with Worldpackers and it was exactly what I needed. the surf camp is situated outside of the city so it is remote. If you are looking for a quiet, remote, beautiful place then the surf camp is the one! Not only do you get to wake up to a beautiful tranquil ocean and see Mount Olympus every day, but during your free time Thanos and Cristos will assist you in trying different watersports. My choice was paddle boarding, scary but great! Vaso is like the mother Hen to the whole place making sure all the volunteers are taken care of and fed! Thanks for everything guys

My experience at the surf camp was amazing! Thanos, Vaso and their son are super kind! I also knew other volunteers and I spent time every day doing water sports like SUP and windsurf. The spot is facing the sea, literally! Thanks for everything and good luck! 🙌

The surf camp is a lovely surf spot, and locals come daily. Thanos and his family are very welcoming and make you feel part of the family. Fresh and garden food is available at all times. We needed to leave a week earlier than expected, and Thanos was very flexible and comprehensive about that. The place is remote and ideal for those who need time off the busyness of the cities. Local public transport is not often, so be aware that it is not very accessible to other villages. Although, we travelled to other cities during our days off. There is a lovely view of Mount Olympus and free surf lessons <3
