The Experience

Serioshka is a wonderful, caring and warm-hearted person. I felt welcome from the beginning on. It was my first stop of my travels and it helped me grow personally and improve my Spanish, too. I loved having the dogs around and learning more about gardening. I am totally inspired and will keep many ideas in mind for the rest of my trip and will take them back home. I am very thankful for my time.

My stay at the camping was lovely!! I worked with Serioshka and Pancho the gardener on the property during the days and learnt so much, and then had the place to myself (plus the dogs) the rest of the time, & it's just a short (steep) walk into town. Serioshka told me before I arrived that the cabins were being rented by guests one night of my stay, so I stayed in a hostel that night (which was totally my choice as she made other comfortable sleeping arrangements for me but I was keen to socialise in a hostel). Serioshka was super communicative and accommodating & I would love to come back one day!

This was our first experience here in Mexico, and we are very grateful for the stunning place and the nice host. Serioshka is a very strong and caring person, with her and the lovable dogs we found an amazing family! Serioshka with her passion for her garden is teaching us a lot of new things about nature. We have found a person with whom we will always stay in touch. (She is also a great artist!) We suggest to everyone to live this experience.

What an amazing experience! I learned so much from Serioshka and her worker Pancho about everything! From the different plants in the garden and their health benefits, to language tips, art, cooking and music recommendations. The space is really beautiful, clean and has an amazing vibe! Serioshka is so lovely and is always making sure we're ok, taking care of every single need we might have. The work environment is super chill and the tasks are simple to do. All the three dogs and so playful and sweet! Also, Tepoztlan is a great town, full of friendly people. I will miss this place so much!

I had a really good time in Tepoztlán. Serioshka makes people feel welcome and does everything she can for that to be possible. She also has 3 beautiful dogs (Camila, Renata & José) that I definitely gonna miss. The space is cozy and beautiful. The tasks are simple, some of them require more from your body than others but in general they are easy to do. I learn a lot with her and with her gardener Pancho, they are incredible and I really recommend. Can't wait to come back one day 😄
