I had a great time with Debora and Gui. The pousada is beautiful, with amazing ocean views. Spectecular beaches and hiking trails are right at your doorstep. The work is easy, just needs to be done with care. Referring to the earlier reviews, it's indeed far from the center but honestly, it's worth it. The nature is so beautiful, you could easily spend weeks there and not get bored. They're just starting with volunteers but are open to feedback, asked me how to improve many times and took my advices. They invited me to BBQ and wine+cheese night as well. Thank you! La primer semana de mi estadía me sentí cómoda y estuvo muy bien. Deborah es muy dulce y atenta, siempre está dispuesta a conversar y a ayudar. Algunas actitudes y formas de Gui no me gustaron lo cual me hizo sentir incomoda mi segunda semana. Hay reglas que no se especifican bien: la cocina solo puede usarse hasta las 21.30 (te controlan por las camaras) y si queres acceder al desayuno tenes que levantarte a ayudar a pesar de que no te toque trabajar. En cuanto al lugar, la zona es muy hermosa si queres soledad y conectar con la naturaleza

Débora é solícita e esclarece qualquer dúvida. Mas não consegui me conectar com os anfitriões, eles ficam a pousada deles e mal conversamos. A pousada fica em um local bem isolado, difícil usar uber e os ônibus são limitados. Então passei muito tempo sozinha e sem absolutamente nada para fazer. Os horários do trabalho não foram flexíveis. Consegui ficar em hostel a pousada cidade nas folgas e só aí que tive experiências positivas. Espero que com o tempo, se tornem mais flexíveis e entendam a real proposta da worldpackers.

Thais é muito inteligente e proativa, realizou as atividades que lhe foram propostas de modo adequado e satisfatório. Porém, é pouco comprometida, abandonou o voluntariado antes do prazo estabelecido, alegando se sentir sozinha. Durante o período que esteve conosco, optou por se "hospedar" em outras regiões de Ubatuba, impedindo um maior contato de nossa parte. Não gostou dos horários estipulados e não trouxe uma alternativa para discussão, optando por deixar nossa propriedade, uma pena!
