I had an amazing time at IBH! The location is perfect on a magical island, and the conditions were excellent. Rio is super kind, very understanding, and adapts easily to everyone's needs. I also really appreciated the free time I had. The only small downside was that, at first, the instructions on what I was supposed to do weren't very clear, but it all worked out later. I definitely recommend it!

Volunteering in IBH was a Blast! Everyone who works there is very nice, they help with anything you need. You get to meet a lot of travellers, it's a very social hostel, and a party hostel! There are activities each week, and you need to tell the guests about them and ask if they would like to participate. If you are very social and like to party this is the place for you! I'm grateful for the opportunity I had volunteering there and the people I meet.

The experience in IBH was really good. In the beginning it was just a little bit confusing because the manager wasn't there to guide me in the first days about real responsibilities and expectations, but the staffs helped me and the when they come back they helped me a lot. The structure is really good and the role is really essential to link the guests with the hostels. I loved to do that and bring everybody to the activities. They have a schedule about activities and the role is to engage and participate in them with the guests. Despite that I was free to enjoy the city by myself

This hostel was great to volunteer in. The staff was really nice, the hosts were awesome. It's a really chill place to be, the employees trust our work, we were able to give ideas, contribute with the work. Felt like I had a family for 2 weeks in kuta! Miss them already they made us feel really welcome I honestly had the best time ever.
