Help us keep our cozy Holiday home running

The experience

We're looking for friendly volunteers to help manage our charming vacation home! Your tasks will include cleaning and tidying the rooms between guest stays, assisting with light gardening, and ensuring the space stays welcoming. Our home is split into two levels: the upper floor is the vacation ho, while the lower level is shared with me, where you'll have a private room. Car, Scooter, and bike can be used when needed

What you offer

16 hours of help per week

Pet Sitting: Taking care of and looking after pets.

Cleaning: Help clean the kitchen, bedrooms, bathrooms and common areas.

Housekeeping: Help with changing the bed linens and general housekeeping.

Gardening: Help grow plants and cultivate gardens

What you get

2 days off per week

Private Room: You will have a bed in a private room. In other words, a room just for you.

Free Laundry: You can use our laundry room freely.

Free Tours: We’ll take you on tours and rides around town. For free!

Bikes at your disposal: You can use our bikes any time you want.

Pick Up: We will pick you up when you arrive, and take you to our property.

Use our equipped kitchen: Feel free to use our kitchen and make your own delicious food.

Fast Internet Access: High-speed internet for you to work remotely

Dedicated Workspace: Specific space for you to work remotely

Requirements

Intermediate English or Beginner Italian

Between 18 and 38 years old

Only hosts solo volunteers (doesn’t accept couples or partners)

Program Details

We are seeking friendly and responsible volunteers to help manage our lovely holiday home! The tasks include:

Guest Changeover: Cleaning and preparing the vacation home and doing laundry after each guest departure.
Garden Maintenance: Keeping the garden tidy and well-maintained.
Personal Space: Ensuring your own sleeping area remains clean and organized.
Shared House Cleaning: We will agree together on the cleaning schedule for the shared spaces (kitchen, bathroom, and common areas).

Activities & Shift

At our holiday home, we offer a flexible volunteering experience with no set working hours! Some days, when the garden is tidy, there are no guest check-ins, and everything is in order, you'll have the entire day free to enjoy the city, relax, or explore. Our aim is to create a relaxed and balanced atmosphere where you can enjoy your time here while helping with simple tasks like guest changeovers, garden maintenance, and keeping your space tidy. Work together with us to maintain this peaceful retreat, and in return, enjoy the freedom to unwind at your own pace.

Rules

As part of our community, we ask that you respect a few simple rules:

No smoking or drug use in the house.
No external guests allowed on the property.
Maintain respectful behavior toward guests at all times.
