Description
The fee help us to continue this mission of promoting organic food and natural medicine, and keeping the farm in the right conditions for more people to learn - We pay our local and indigenous collaborators a higher than basic wage - Good quality food - Fund cultural activities for the community and visitors - Teachers that contribute their knowledge to the group

The Experience
- The main intention of your support will be to focus on our coffee plantation, fruit trees, food garden and path maintenance. - The role of taking care of our animals is quite simple, as keeping their space clean and feeding them daily: Chickens, dogs, cats, fish, horse and soon pigs. - Helping to organize the spaces, our tools, the seed room, the games, the shed and the pool area. - Have fun and bring a positive attitude to the farm.

I had an amazing experience at the project. It's a really relaxing, beautiful place up in the mountains. Working on the farm was very interesting and rewarding, and I learnt a lot about organic farming. Michael was a great host and makes everyone feel at home right away.

We spent 2 week in the project - in this time we were able to see the effort that we had put in making a difference on the farm which was really nice. The surrounding landscape is really breathtaking and there are lots of nice walks nearby. Micheal made us feel welcome and put in effort with every volunteer. We have taken a lot from the experience and we hope to return in the future as it's a very exciting project.

From the moment I arrived at the project I knew I'd found a place to learn, find some tranquility and gain a sense of accomplishment. Michael's passion and innovation has created an environment where every task feels meaningful and contributes to the goals of the project. I was involved in all aspects of the farming process from clearing new terraces, planting, propagating, harvesting and learning about sustainable techniques. You feel supported in your work, with Michael and Enrique creating a warm atmosphere.

Desde qué llegue me sentí muy bienvenida, the project es un lugar precioso que se nota que ha sido creado con mucho amor y dedicación. Fue una experiencia muy única, la finca tiene un horario de trabajo bien definido, se respetan las horas y espacio de cada uno, algunas tareas de campo requieren esfuerzo pero es gratificante aprender a través de la práctica y cuidado con la tierra. Muchas gracias Michael y los demás voluntarios, por sus valiosas enseñanzas y buena energia. Para mí fue una gran satisfacción poder colaborar en este lindo proyecto en las montañas. Pura vida!
