The GuestHouse is in the centre of Lisbon: you can see the most famous "28" metro and the most famous church of the city. Your task are not so easy but necessary and daily. You can work or in the morning unti 17 or in the evening until 23. You can work with other volunteers from other countries. You will meet Mariana and Liliana. Mariana is an adorable and lovely woman, she is the the supervisor of the tasks and of the volunteers. She will help you for everything you need and she will suggest you things to see or to do in Lisbon. I recommend this place.

My stay at Saudade Guest House was unique! Liliana was a really good host and at the end it felt like family. Despite the short time I can say I learned a lot from the experience and I would definitely come back. The tasks can feel a bit overwhelming at first but they are not hard, it's just a matter of discussing all the details with Liliana until you familiarize yourself with the routine. The guest house is located in the very center of the city and there's a lot to do nearby, there's plenty you can do within a walking distance and good public transportation. Thank you for everything, Lila!

Liliana (the host) is a really nice person and I’ve learned a lot from her. She gave me the opportunity to practice my photographic skills, but I also appreciate when we ate chocolate out of the pan in the middle of the night haha. The team in general is super nice and the schedules gave me time to know Portugal really good. I definitely enjoy my experience in Saudade Guest House and hope to return soon to Lisbon.

Thanks for everything! I’ll miss you 😊

I don’t recommend that place to nobody. The others volunteers (Gabi, Salo and Ana) and the guests was amazing, very friend and fun (Thanks guys!). However, the host, Mrs. Liliana, showed us serious behavioral problems, putting everybody, volunteers and guests, on embarrassing and risk situations, involved hospital, police and strife. The work required don't was the same mentioned on WP. Someone of WP's volunteers were put to work at other particular enterprise of host. Ours hours of day off don’t was respected, summoning to meeting works and extras works. This experience was a nightmare :(
