Estamos buscando uma pessoa para nos ajudar na manutenção da limpeza nos horários em que nossa camareira não está. Precisa ser cuidadoso e esperto e seguir a vibe pra cima do Solar Hostels Irá trabalhar por escala e muitas vezes em finais de semana (sábado e domingo) -30 Horas de trabalho semanais (os horários são flexíveis) -Mínimo de 2 Folgas na semana (podendo ou não serem seguidas) -Cortesia de parceiros do hostel

The hostel is quiet, and it looks like an hotel but is a good thing if you want to have a nice stay and not to wild. Fernando was really a good host, he help me a lot if you needed some changes with the hours or something else. It was a very good experience. Thanks!!!!!

O hostel possui uma localização estratégica no Rio de Janeiro, próximo a todas as praias, e abastecido por tudo que o melhor da Zona Sul do Rio de Janeiro pode oferecer. Minha experiência vai além do hostel, pois iniciei um projeto de fotografia paralelamente ao voluntáriado, acabei desenvolvendo um nrtworking e também muitas amizades o hostel é todo o emocional fluindo, aqui é tudo apertadinho, as pessoas sempre se trombam, sabe aquela resquicío de saudade do carnaval? Aqui é o tempo inteiro , um sentimento de positividade que se perfaz em festas por todo o Rio de Janeiro, com a Bem

O hostel tem uma ótima localização, é tudo arrumadinho e limpo. O quarto dos voluntários achei um pouco "sufocado". São 5 treliches (se nao me engano), e acaba ficando com pouco espaço. Acho que se fossem beliches seria mais confortável, tendo em vista que uma das camas é muito perto do chão. Praticamente todas refeições são inclusas, o que ajuda muito. A equipe de voluntários no tempo que estive lá foram bem tranquilos e não tivemos nenhum tipo de problema. Os funcionários são ótimos também. Mayumi e Fernando sempre abertos e dispostos em ajudar. Super indico voluntariar no hostel.

QUER PAZ?!! NÃO VÁ PARA ESSE LUGAR! A minha experiência nesse hostel foi absurdamente conturbada! O rapaz que se intitula “gerente” a todo tempo estava tentando colocar a equipe de voluntários um contra o outro, o rapaz se chama Victor, é o tipo carente, colocava todos um contra o outro porque não conseguia se enturmar com a equipe. TODOS os voluntários que foram embora do hostel foram brigando com ele. Esse rapaz mandou uma garota embora(sem motivo) jogou as coisas de outro na rua pois o mesmo havia pego covid, e expulsou outro porque foi atropelado e não podia exercer a função de limpeza.

Ótima experiência, tanto o Victor quanto os outros responsáveis me receberam super bem. As tarefas são tranquilas. Dica: Verifique sobre disponibilidade de horário e possíveis flexibilidades e também a respeito da disponibilidade de comida.
