Learn moreWe need an amazing ;) , pro-active and charismatic person to help us with dinner activities at the hostel. We are a small-familiar place, so it´s very important for us that you can organise yourself and take care of your own responsabilities, and, obviously, we would really appreciate new suggestions or ideas. We love creativity and sharing our "home"! We want guests to feel special at Fabrizzio´s Petit BCN :)

Fabrizzio's Petit was my first stop on my 4 month solo travel. Fresh off of the plane, extremely tired and warn out, I stumbled into Fabrizzio's and instantly felt at home. The owners: Khrystian, Marta, Luli, Ernesto, and Dave are all amazing people and I hope to be able to see them again. The hours are reasonable and the people are amazing. When working you actually feel like your contributing to the guests experience. However, even though you are working for stay, the owners of Fabrizzios definitely make sure you have time to take advantage of everything Barcelona has to offer.

Very bad experience, when you arrive they say you have o work more time and if you dont want that you have ti leave the hostel at the moment, Marta recepcionist is a terrible perdón whit the volunters, she always talk very hard and say getout if you dont do the things that she want. it is the same whit all the volunters :(
We at Fabrizzio´s Petit as in many hostels expect the volunteers to work no more than 2 hours per day making beds. As well as some night shifts that do not require many duties or responsibilities. We don´t think that it is much to ask considering they have a free bed as well as free food during the rest of the day. Now in the case of Ivan, he seemed to think that hiding his girlfriend for free was professional. We had issues with his lateness almost everyday, as well as his responses back to the permanent staff and owners was out of line many times. Was very defensive and put fault on us rather then take it as advice. We ask him to leave several times, in which he refused. So finally we had no choise to escalate the situation. We have a huge list of workaways that appreciate their stay with us. Unfortunetly Ivan was not here to work but for a free ride. We felt obligated to clear up this review left by Ivan with an appropiate responce that clearly wasn´t personal but professional.
Fabrizzio's Petit is a cozy guest house on Barcelona center. With a friendly and relaxed atmosphere we try to make our guests feel at home during their stay in Barcelona.
