Activities & Shift

Shifts and activities change as a function of guest arrival/departure and staff needs. We are always happy to be flexible with our volunteers; however, we ask that they work with the staff to determine appropriate hours for their contributions. Often, the most help is required during meal service, 7:30am to 10am for breakfast, noon to 4pm for lunch, and 6:30 to 9pm for dinner. It may be that the volunteer assists with meal prep when we have guests, and works odd hours engaging in training activities with the staff when we do not have guests. Days off can be prearranged however ideally that is established on a week to week basis with our staff and manager.

Rules

We ask that you be respectful of our community - guests, colleagues, and owners alike.
