We are family. That´s the vibe we try to create with the guests and volunteers. We are always open to recieve advice in how improve. We offer a very nice room with other volunteers, a family from all over the wolrd.
We are a team. We are always trying to support each other and be helpfull. We are looking for volunteers to cover reception shifts, an outgoing and responsible person ready to enjoy Barcelona.

Overall, it was a very good experience that allowed me to meet a lot of nice people from all over the world and to develop new skills professionally speaking. I was happy with the team I worked with because there was mutual respect and a good understanding. As in all companies, there are some problems but I think that they do their best to find solutions.

I’ve been at 360 for three months now, and I’ve had an amazing time. The working hours are like we agreed upon, the rest of the voulenteers are nice and fun, the managers are kind and really want what’s best for the hostel. It is nice and spacey, and the free dinner and pub crawl every day is amazing. The only downside is that the hostel has had a problem with bedbugs, something they’re of course trying to get rid of. The hostel is perfectly located in the center, 15 minutes by bus to the beach and super close to all the main sights. It is a very social and fun hostel, I definitely recommend!

Volunteering at 360 Hostel Barcelona truly was one of the best ways I could have imagined spending a summer in Barcelona! The location is wonderful, the vibe of this hostel is unmatched to almost any other hostel I’ve been to. Such a good energy at 360! Juan has a great eye for picking other volunteers, which is very important to me to have a good team to work with. I will forever remember my hostel family. Juan is a very passionate manager, and I thank him for such a wonderful 3 months. I just might have to come back one day!

Tive uma ótima experiência. Primeiro que o Hostel fica muito bem localizado, então ajudou bastante pra se locomover pela cidade. Segundo, eu fui muito bem recebida pelos anfitriões e pelos outros voluntariados, a carga horária foi cumprida e tínhamos acordo caso trabalhávamos a mais e flexibilidade nas horas, podendo trocar os shift com os outros voluntariados, assim podendo fazer pequenas viagens. Eu recomendo essa vaga pra quem queira praticar inglês e espanhol.

My stay in 360 was brief due to bed bugs. They said they were fumigating the following day but talking to the other volunteers I realized it was a problem that started a while ago.
The “breakfast” is actually a cup of tea/coffee, when I confronted the manager he said that if I wanted to I could buy bread and use the toaster. Which is fine, but don’t say youre giving breakfast then because that’s a lie. And the community dinner is a bunch of plates laying in a table, also not a dinner. The manager left me by myself on the first day to go sailing and said I could call him if I had a question
