Because we offer comfortable accommodation, healthy organic food and the volunteer has the chance to contribute with ideas and activities for the children.

We are like a family. The volunteer will be treated as part of the family. There is always people and our house and we can provide full support with any of the volunteer needs. It includes help with tours and getting to know new places around Nepal.

I can only say that this volunteering experience was absolutely amazing! The people were so kind and I felt at home immediately:) the accommodation was really good and the food is incredible. Overall I can absolutely recommend this experience to anyone who loves learning about Nepalese culture and meeting some of the kindest people

I spent 2 weeks with Prashna’s family and I had really great time and moments with everyone! They welcomed me as part of the family directly…🙏🏽
Very cool kids and dogs, we feel like home everyday so I haven’t seen the time going! 🫶🏼
I recommend everyone who is looking for a social and local experience to come in this lovely family and share nice memories with everyone 🌞

I didn't realise that the place was an orphanage till arrival! Prashna has been making a great and valuable job taking care of those kids. Most of them are already teenagers. Sadly I met few of them because October is full of festivities and holidays so most of them went to the villages of their relatives to spend this days. Everyone there is very welcoming, and they even invited me to celebrate Dashain with them in beautiful Village, I really appreciate each day with them!

It was my first time volunteering and I enjoyed so much. Mr Prashna does a great good job with the kids, I felt at home since the beginning, everyone made me feel so included! The kids are great, they speak really good english so it’s easy to help with homework. I also played with them, talked a lot with the older kids (they taught me so much about Nepal’s culture, it was amazing) and helped a little with the cooking. The food is so good, the acomodation is great and the hours were good! Couldn’t recommend it more!
