We're looking for volunteers our hostel an island located off the coast of Bali, where they enjoy meeting and socializing with new people. The expectations for volunteers is to provide a good customer experience by getting people signed up for tours and excursions as well as creating a social atmosphere in the evening and leading drinking games. It is important that are volunteers are young, enthusiastic, sociable and willing put in time and effort to make the guests visit to the island as enjoyable as possible. Creativity is a bonus too, if you're able to come up with good ideas to do with activities and games that is a big plus. Just a side note , Gili T is a party island so this should be kept in mind, also you will still be expected to be helping out even on a hangover ;)
