Because we´re located in a very trendy area, close to the centre of the city and still in a traditional neighbourood. Also we can give all the assistance that we can provide in order to facilitate their experience.

We welcome volunteers as a part of a team in a familiar way. They have the opportunity to mingle with everybody else and be a part of a joyfull organization.

Amazing stay, and will definitely return ☺️ the team are all friendly, and the volunteer / work life balance is perfect, gives plenty enough time to explore the city, as well as having a chilled environment when doing shifts x

Minha experiência no hostel foi excelente! Fui muito bem recebida pelo Flávio, Gonçalo e pelo Jonathas. As tarefas são super simples de serem feitas e há muitas horas livres para poder aproveitar a cidade. Todos os horários e funções são respeitados e muito bem administrados pelo hostel. Também fiz amizades incríveis com os outros voluntários. Agradeço a todos pelos ótimos momentos e saio com meu coração cheio de gratidão por ter vivido essa oportunidade. Muito obrigada :)

This was my first volunteer experience with worldpackers and I could not recommend it more. Not only did I get to meet amazing people that I will now keep as my friends for life, but I was able to fully immerse myself in the Portuguese culture. Sin dudas nos sentimis muy a gusto durante nuestra estadía, como siempre ocurren situaciones no tan agradables pero fueron resueltas acorde iban ocurriendo. Hicimos muy buenos amigos en el hostel, y fueron un gran sostén durante nuestros primeros meses en un país nuevo. Gracias por todo, nos volveremos a ver ;)

It was a huge pleasure to being part of the team! All the staff are pretty laid-back, friendly and helpful and all the duties are pretty chill, honestly! I highly recommend it to everyone and I appreciate Gonçalo a lot for giving me the first volunteer opportunity from this platform :)
