We are Croatia's best party boat and we would love to welcome you to the team! Our team is made up of young and fun travellers from all over the world. Working alongside our 2 hostels we are able to offer tourism expertise and the chance to meet even more like-minded individuals. We combine boat life with nightlife and daytime adventures on top of that! We'll go above and beyond to make sure you have an incredible experience!
Starting with myself... I'm a travel lover from Canada who's constantly just trying to escape the cold and that's how I found myself in sunny Split! The rest of our team is made up of both local Split experts as well as other young travellers like myself from all over the world. We each bring something unique to the table. Whether that's 10 + years in the tourism industry, water sport enthusiasts, self proclaimed fun gurus, or Split know-it-alls. We combine all our skills to meet our number 1 priority of making sure all our volunteers get to have the experience of a lifetime!

Boat Party Split was honestly one of my favorite experiences yet! I stayed about a month & a half and I wish I could have stayed longer. Hannah & Marco were wonderful hosts and became friends! The people you work with will become your family & I’m super grateful for the opportunity. Loved my time spent in Split 🫶🏼 it’s a super social job, always on the move and doing something fun. I would recommend it to anyone <3

Best month of my life volunteering for this boat party. By the end of my stay, the team turned to family and the vibes were immaculate. Would very much recommend as well as I hope to work again with y’all 😘 lots of fun, and have to be very social

Still reminiscing over my time spent in Split Croatia. Was the best month ever and met so many amazing people during my time here. The boats are so much fun and the work does not feel like work at all. If you’re easy going and enjoy a party you’ll love boat party split!!🫶🏻

Hannah and Marco were so welcoming from the second I arrived and I felt at home straight away. The accomodation being an apartment instead of a hostel dorm was such a nice touch!! Job is super easy and lots of fun and it’s impossible not to make friends doing this ☺️ thanks for a great time guys!!!

Working as a volunteer DJ/Party promoter for Boat Party Split was an incredible experience. The team's dedication to creating unforgettable moments on the party boat is truly inspiring. The atmosphere on board is electric, and the beautiful views of Split's coastline make it even more special. I had the opportunity to be part of some fantastic parties and create lasting memories.
Being part of this team was a fantastic experience. Big thanks to Marco and Hannah for the opportunity! Hope to see y’all again next summer!
