It will be a pleasure to welcome you in our home!

Our house is big, clean, sunny, airy, sometimes messy but high-spirited. Hopefully you will feel as part of our family.

We work in our small organic bakery and sell our products on street markets and fairs. And we guarantee our bread will be one of the best you have ever tasted in your life!

We offer some food for breakfast and lunch, including on your days off, if you decide to stay at home. Also products left over from our bread marketing on a daily basis may be consumed, especially in the morning. If we decide to eat out we must pay for your own food and drinks.

We will appreciate if you bring some food into the house to share with us, especially for dinner. We love to cook togheter and we like share meals ;o) specially when a great chef from another area appears! P.S.: We love vegetarian and vegan food.

You will sleep in a VW Kombi (Caravan) and use a toilet (that you must to keep clean during the whole week).

About us: My name is Ester, I'm a 42 years old mom and businesswoman . Together with my partner Maicon, 36, a great baker and also a volunteer teacher on a JIU-JITSU project for kids, we formed a beautiful family with two enlightened children. We also have here the illustrious presence of three happy DOGS and two lazy CATS. We love to travel, eat, work, play, surf, chill at the beach, do some JIU-JITSU and enjoy nature. Not long ago we were traveling and volunteering in South America for almost two years. If you do not speak Portuguese, I will notice you that I am the only one who speaks English and Spanish fluently in the house but the rest of the family can understand a bit of Spanish. During the week we will take you downtown to some different tourist places so you can enjoy the beach during the mornig. A volunteer's work will generally be calm and relaxing (like washing dishes and ORGANIZING the kitchen after meals or painting a wall, playing with the kids or even gardening) but don't think that it can't be heavy and exhausting (like sanding wood and doing the heavy lifting of a construction for example). WE WILL TRY TO USE YOUR TALENTS IN COMPLIANCE WITH OUR DESIRES, but you have to be willing to receive lots of types of tasks in accordance with the needs of the family. In the last day, the day you leave, you must clean the toilet you used and the place where you slept (INSIDE THE VW KOMBI) before leaving. Although my husband smokes, drugs and alcohol are not aloud during volunteering.
