Here you can learn and practice organic farming and enjoy the beautiful landscape. After spending some time with us you will have a different perspective about the vegetables you eat. You will gain more respect for nature.

Volunteers will be treated as a member of our team, there is no hierarchy but some work to do. We are open to suggestions, and new information. We believe in sustainability. We have a boutique hotel in the same compound www.villafe.com, volunteers stay in some rooms allocated to them. We expect our volunteers to work 5hrs a day, 08:00-10:30 tea break 11:00-13:30 , 5 days a week, friday and saturday are rest day.We prefer every body works together, indivudual holidays, breaks are making the work program hard to manage. If there is a need for individual holiday, or break we expect from that volunteer to complete 25 hrs/week total time.Volunteers will be sharing the room with a another one. There is toilet and shower in every room. We provide ingridients for meals weekly, but not meat, choclate, coffe, tofu etc. We expect our volunteers cook their meals, taste our organic vegetables. There is a kitchen where team is cooking, warming their food, have their meal. Cleaning and tidyness of rooms, kitchen, shared locations is always essentail and we care a lot. The land is big there are lots of places to enjoy. We are close to Istanbul (60km), public transport is only 2 km away , which we can transport volunteers at requirement but volunteer should give us a notice before . With public transport it will take 2,5 hours to reach city center. Marmara sea shore is close, going public beach and swimming possible.
