El Molino

You will be staying in our family home with us - we have three children aged 15, 13 and 12. We also have two jack russell dogs and three cats. Our home is close to the town - 3km - but very much in the countryside. We live close to Tarifa, which has spectacular beaches for kitesurfing and other water sports. On our farm which is 400ha there are stunning walks in the cork forest, around the reservoir and into the hills.

Ben and I have been married for 17 years. I am British and Ben is Spanish/British. He works his family farm alongside his two siblings who also live on the farm. Ben is the farmer though. We are looking to start a business on our section of the farm - chickens and market garden and need a hand with this. Ben also runs a farm school, where families visit, they celebrate birthday parties and also schools come for day trips. Our family is lively and fun. The kids are very entertaining, and go to school for a short day, so every lunch we all eat together at 2.30. The kids leave for school at 8am and in the afternoon I am mainly driving them around to activities. Volunteers can very much expect to be made to feel part of our family. We had three au pairs but this is our first time looking for volunteers to help on the land.
