He will get the chance to play and stay with children, learn a new culture and if they sleeep in the nearby hostel, they could get in touch easily with other travellers.

We are a family of five members. A newborn, two boys of 5 and 6, me and my husband. I’m psychologist and my husband is running a hostel. So we can host you at the hostel.

I had a good experience with Elena and her 3 children!☺️ The hours are very manageable, Elena was kind to give me a schedule for about 2 weeks in advance which was very helpful for planning & using my time off. The hostel where I stayed was an easy 10 minute walk from their home and has cafes, shops, bars & restaurants along the way. The hostel isn't the fanciest, but I immersed myself into socialising with staff and guests which made my time here extremely enjoyable, and I made lifelong friends there. 💛 Overall, I would recommend! My experience My experience working with Elena was so great! The boys and the little girl and so sweet, the hours are reasonable and the hostel is also a great ambiance. When I was sick, Elena was generous and flexible with my hours, and I couldn’t ask for better hosts! Thank you so much Elena and Claudio!

I’d like to say I had an amazing experience with Elena and her whole family, they were welcoming and set the expectation of I should do as a volunteer, I loved the local cultural experience and how I could also contribute to their goals, the hostel was great and welcoming in many ways as well as the host during volunteer hours, I totally recommend the experience and wish them the very best for many years to come, those kids made a definite impact in my life and I felt loved by all, arrivederci amici and God bless! :)

I loved working for Elena! This was my first WP experience and Elena was more than accommodating. She did so many kind gestures for me and was so sweet and personable! There were a couple of times that I needed additional help with babysitting (the kids are so great but can be a bit tough sometimes) and she was more than helpful in navigating that and ensuring that I felt comfortable. I could not have asked for a better first experience and host and I wish Elena and the kids my best ❣️
