Epicentro Dalva

We are a farm working under the principles of the Syntropic Agriculture developed by Ernst Götch, and we try to apply these regenerative principles not only to the soil ad the food we produce but also to our way of approaching Life. We believe that artistic expression should be integrated to this approach, and this is the next step in our work!

We are a couple working together to develop the Farm's concept's and structure. Karin manages the field and production, and Cassia works with organization and structure. We are looking forward implementing an Art program combined with our Syntropic Agriculture production and research. There is a residency program in Syntropic Agriculture. We also hire locals to help with farming, building and cleaning when necessary.
