If you looking for a place where you can experience almost every farm task at once, this is where you should be. You can also spend your free time by enjoying nature or gaining new skills.
We are a family farm, so almost all of our employees live with us. Some of us might be a little shy at the beginning but if you give it a try they will open themself easily.

This was one of the best experiences of my life. I even extended my time to stay a little longer (I stayed almost 8 weeks) and it was really hard to say goodbye, because I really felt at home at FarGe Organik. I made real friends, I had great times with the volunteers and workers and I had new experiences, which were super important to me. Also, Turkey is a wonderful country and the Turkish people are the kindest I have ever met. I highly recommend the experience. Many thanks to everyone I met during this time and especially to Burak, Aslı and Görkem. I will definitely come back again!

I signed up for a marketing option, in my application I was clear about the reason why I was volunteering: I wanted to get some experience in my field. I went all the way to Turkey and I never got assigned anything from marketing. I had a great time, I helped with some tasks, and I met great people and we had a blast. The experience was cool but I left earlier cause it didn't fulfill my reason to be there. Volunteers do a great job showing the new ones around but I would suggest better communication and leadership. They don't provide meals, just eggs, cheese and left veggies from the farm.

Burak was very friendly, however due to an unfortunate misunderstanding between us the tasks which I applied for wasn't what was agreed. I was supposed to be there to do content creation, videography and photography but on arrival was made aware that those agreed tasks were only a small part of the volunteer position and in fact I would be working physical labor on the farm and fields too. Once I had spoken with Burak he did what he could to try to accommodate me with my injuries (which is why I applied here as content creator etc) but this was not feasible in the end so I left early.
