IAFRIVO is managed by young and dynamic members as well as elderly persons some of whom are our host family fathers and mothers. They also form part of our support members.
His name is Evans Kwashie Fiawoyipe - Co-founder and Programs Director is a Ghanaian and 35 years of age. He will be responsible for all your volunteer/internship arrangement, host family, airport transfers, and orientations and all necessary attentions.

Holds a Higher National Diploma in Accounting and Office Management from Accra Polytechnic. Senior High School Certificate, Diploma in Computer Hardware, Software and Graphic Design. Also studied at the school of social work for a Diploma in Social Work. I personally believe in freedom of expression and identity and in seeking peace and justice in this sometimes-turbulent world. Good listener and able to see things from the other person's point of view. I work well under pressure and able to get on well with others from all backgrounds irrespective of one’s academic, religious, social, economic and so on status. He is well presented, easy going, calm at all times, good sense of humor, reliable, businesslike and comfortable dealing with Senior Big Company Executives and Directors. Keen for new experience, responsibility and accountability.
How can the volunteers expect to be treated?
In other for volunteers to get a deeper understanding and appreciation of the country, the people and the way of life, We will provide you an in-depth perspective and orientation of the Ghanaian/African culture by visiting sights that are popular among locals and tourists alike. Our always-available program Directors will coordinate a city orientation and tour at the beginning of each program to familiarize volunteers with their new surroundings and host family. During the orientation process, The Program Directors will take you through reviews about health and safety information as well as cultural customs.
