I had a very pleasant stay at Vela Resort with Vikram and his staff. They provided me with everything I needed. Especially Vikram, the owner, was always caring and helpful. As a volunteer, I couldn’t have been more grateful. I had time to explore the place on my own, and I also shared some wonderful moments with Vikram's friends, who were incredibly kind. Vela Resort is a special place with a very nice atmosphere—peaceful and perfect for resting and escaping the crowds.

Vela Resort é um lugar lindo, cheio de natureza, perto de tudo em Pushkar. A cidade é muito fofa e perfeita pra curtir um pouco de paz em meio ao caos indiano. A comida é maravilhosa e o Vikram é um excelente host! Muito acolhedor e empenhado em fazer com que o voluntário tenha a melhor experiência. Tive dias muito bons aqui e recomendo muito!

Vela is the perfect place If you have been travelling for a long time and wants to slow down a little bit and relax. But the most precious thing about this resort is the staff. Since the moment I stepped in the hostel Vik made me feel like home, we had nice talks and a beautiful walk in the mountains where we also saw waterfalls, he is always willing to help as is the kitchen team.They let me immerse myself in the culinary field, explaining the techniques and recipes. I ended up making my own chai in the mornings ;)thks for everything and you all have a place to go if you ever visit Argentina

I had the most amazing time staying at vela resort in pushkar. my time was filled with great people and experiences i will never forget! Vikram was a fantastic host and friend. He is very kind, generous, funny and respectful. This is a great opportunity to meet locals and travellers and to explore local culture and get in touch with nature. I felt 100% safe during my stay at Vela. It really did feel like a home. Such a lovely place 😊

It was my first volunteer experience and I couldn't have asked for a better host. Viki is a very warm person who has a smile for everyone no matter what. I painted on the wall of one of the rooms and had free hand in what I wanted to do. Once you come to Vela Resort, you don't want to leave. (Even the rain didn't stop me from swimming in the pool every day :D)
