Hi everyone! Our volunteers would experience authentic Japanese architecture, registered as the cultural property of Japan. 100% pure natural Onsen (natural hot spring bath) is available 24/7. If you are seeking real Japanese traditional way of life, our house can be one of the top alternatives.
You are going to join our team, as a member of our family. You may have a chance to take free Japanese lessons every week if you're interested in learning Japanese conversation.

I absolutely loved my stay there. Yukio is a nice host and I became friends with the other staff members.
The Onsen hostel is beautiful, you can use the onsen for free, it is really clean and has a comfortable atmosphere.
The work is good organized and easy to learn.
I have been working 4 hours a day, 2 days off.
I also love that it's close to the ocean.
Ito is not to far away from Tokyo but it is not stressful and hectic. If you need a place to calm down and enjoy your time it is great for you. I highly recommend it.

I absolutely loved my experience. Yukio san and all the staff at K’s House Ito Onsen are welcoming, respectful and kind.
The tasks were clearly explained. I could ask as many questions as needed to make sure I did it right. The cleaning hours were always respected and sometimes, we even finished earlier!
Yukio san made sure that I was confortable in my new environment. When I felt sick during a shift, they let me rest and made sure I was feeling better afterwards.
I couldn’t have asked for a better experience! Thank you to Yukio san and the staff for the amazing experience, I miss you all.

I really loved and enjoyed my stay at K‘s House. Everyone was caring and supportive. It was an amazing experience! I really hope I get to meet everyone again.

We stayed at K‘s House for one month and had an amazing time! While Itō is a very quiet city with not much going on, Yukio and the whole team were lovely and made us feel at home. The working hours (11-3pm) were always respected and we often finished early. The whole house is an amazing traditional building and just 5 min from the beach.
We are very grateful for our time there and hope to be back one day!

I was here with a friend and everything was better than we could have imagined. Everyone working here is so nice and we felt so welcomed. The guesthouse is absolutely beautiful and you have everything you need in the surrounding area. Ito as well is very nice, a quiet place but you can do hiking or relax at the beach or go to the surrounding cities.
All in all I would really recommend coming here!!
