La Flamenka Hostel Sevilla
Our home is a small and familiar hostel located in the heart of Seville.
You will find us some metres away from Guadalquivir River, in the historic neigbourhood of Arenal, one of the many which compose Seville's Old Town.
Just beside our home, you will be able to cross the river trough the magnificent Queen Isabel II Brigde (commonly known as Triana Bridge), which links the Old Town with Triana neigbourhood, one of the most symbolic and flamenco-taste sites in Seville.
Apart from our ideal location which permits you to easily move around, another main reason why people may be interested in joining us as volunteers is because of the way we work since we try to make everyone feel part of the hostel.
Given that we have two living rooms, a spacious kitchen and two marvellous rooftops, the environment within the hostel is very friendly as you will be able to share chats and experiences with other volunteers and guests from all around the world.
Since we are a small and familiar hostel, our staff is formed by 3 workers and between 2 and 4 volunteers.
We are humble and thankful people and so we treat everyone with education, respect and cheerfulness, both guests and volunteers, trying to keep a close and friendly relationship and make you feel our home is also yours!
Regarding the tasks to be carried out by the staff, we all do a bit of everything: reception, cleaning, preparing the morning coffee we offer, providing guests with the info which may be of their interest, helping out at the rooftop bar...
Being proactive and helpful is key for us, as well as educated and respectful with others.
So if you want to make the most of your stay in Seville, La Flamenka Hostel is your place!
