Managers and collaborators are friendly and warm. The volunteers can expect to be treated with respect, correctness and kindness. Genelary can expect our support and help.

I have had an amazing experience during these months. It was my first volunteering experience and I left my heart there. I loved the hostel and all the staff. Everyone is nice, and we became a family. The tasks are pretty easy and flexible, we always helped each other a lot. The hostel position is really good, in the city center and close to everything you need.
I would recommend Lost Inn to everyone.

This was my first time volunteering and it was truly such an amazing and valuable experience! The hostel has a very welcoming atmosphere and makes you feel at home. The work is easy and fun, and it allows you to talk to guests from all over the world. The hostel is clean, in a great location, and has a very fun environment.
The team at Lost Inn is so kind and makes you feel like part of the family. ❤️ I am so grateful for this experience and would fully recommend this hostel to anyone who is interesting in volunteering!

Volunteering at Lost Inn was such a valuable experience. The moment I walked through the door I was greeted and felt so welcomed by everyone. Danilo (one of the coolest people I know) is a great manager and works really well with everyone. It was great having someone else working with you at all times as well- everyone I worked with was so fun and laid back yet professional. I had plenty of time to visit the city and spend time with new friends which was very fulfilling. My favorite parts were making the sangria for the evening shift and getting to know the other volunteers. Highly recommend!

Hacer un voluntariado en Lost Inn Lisbon es sentirse en familia. Todo el equipo y los voluntarios son personas estupendas y el ambiente siempre es acogedor y colaborativo. El hostel está situado en una zona perfecta, junto a Cais do Sodré y Barrio Alto. Las instalaciones y la limpieza son de las mejores que he visto y los desayunos serán tu perdición. Sin duda el mejor voluntariado que puedes hacer en Lisboa.

Sin duda alguna, este es el mejor voluntariado que hice hasta ahora🧡 muchas gracias a todo el staff y a mis compañeros, me sentí súper bien recibida desde el primer dia. Fueron muy queridos, amables y respetuosos.
El hostel es re lindo, la ubicación excelente y las tareas fueron fáciles de seguir.
