Our Hostel is right in the middle of the historical center of one of the most ancient and culturally rich cities in the world: Napoli. The place is brand new, comfortable with a strong identity and design. There is also a nice private garden with greenhouse and vegetables, along with a small bar to relax. Our dorms and bathrooms are particularly comfortable and spacious.
The place is ran by a group of friends, so the atmosphere is very relaxed and easygoing. We always have other friends coming and going for a coffee or a drink. We are passionate with music, food, art, history; all things that flourish in Napoli! We like to have fun and enjoy sharing and discussing with people from all over the world.

I absolutely recommend NAP Hostel! Work is easy, the shifts are never longer than 4-5h and every coworker is very laidback, even when I kept forgetting things during my first week. The whole work ambience is very easygoing while the team nevertheless maintains a nice routine. The hostel itself is very clean and cozy, being cleaned in its entirety every single day. Everyone speaks English as well as lots of other languages fluently and there’s was never a problem of communication. 5 stars ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Sono stato accolto dalla fantastica Pau che mi ha fatto sentire subito a casa. La stanza è fantastica, si dorme bene, e la posizione è perfetta, strategica per qualsiasi spostamento nel centro. Ho vissuto un mese impattante, non mi scorderò mai Napoli vissuta in queste giornate intense.
Si creano bellissime amicizie internazionali come in molti hostel, ma qui si vive una pace differente. Il patio, l'angolo verde, è un'oasi, curato con gran gusto e sentimento. Sono molto contento di aver trovato delle buone persone e un luogo dove sicuro dover tornare. Grazie ragazz

Volunteering at NAP hostel was my first volunteering experience and I’m really glad it was. From the moment I arrived the staff welcomed me like a friend and during my entire stay I noticed their kindness and helpfulness towards the guests and me, but also how professionally they handle different situations around the hostel. The hostel is very cozy and the garden is a perfect place to meet lots of travellers. The work was pretty light and, especially the bar work, is quite fun.
Thank you dear staff of NAP hostel for this beautiful experience and I can only recommend it :)

Fue mi primer experiencia como voluntario en un hostel a través de Worldpackers y verdaderamente no podrÍa haber sido mejor.
Mas allá de que las instalaciones y el funcionamiento en sí del lugar es excelente lo que lo hace un lugar especial sin duda son las personas y la calidad de las mismas; Pau, Piero, Gilbo, Francesco y Rafa trabajan en el hostel y se nota que lo hacen con dedicación y trabajo responsable pero sin dejar de lado la amabilidad, la educación y los buenos valores. Eso se transmite y por eso creo que me sentí como en casa.
