Nice Way Cascais & Surf camp is located near Cascais city centre, in a beautiful and comfy house with a great pool, totally renovated at around 8 minutes walking from the Beach and to Cascais Night Life.
The surf has an important role in Cascais and so it has in our Surf Camp. Located at the midpoint of the best surf spots in the Cascais Area, we breed Surf in every corner.
Our location, our house, our atmosphere, and our team will guarantee you great memories and a memorable experience in Cascais!
With this Internship we're looking to have people in the team interested in having a working experience in tourism and hospitality, helping us to offer our guests a memorable time. The internship program has a minimum stay of 6 weeks, during which you'll be able to learn and expertise the work of one of our departments. Nice Way & Surf Camp staff is like a family. We have our meals together, we go surfing together, we go out together...we take care of and help each other to make everyone's day easier and happy!

What a truly amazing place to be. I loved every part of working at Nice Way, from the people, the location, the work, the house in general. It truly felt like home. The work is easy and fair, Monica and Tiago are the best people to work for. It is the best place to meet like-minded people. 10/10 recommend, I couldn’t stop thinking about how lucky I was to be here!!

What an amazing experience. I truly loved every minute at nice way and for the 2 months I was there it really felt like home. The work was straight forward and social but very relaxed. What you get in return is great and there are plenty of opportunities to go surfing ! Monica, Tiago and the team are really welcoming and always there if you need anything I couldn’t have asked for better people to spend my time there with. The hostel itself is clean and there is plenty of outdoor space which is always a plus. For sure I will be back 🫶🏻

Was lovely to meet and have Katy helping us. Professional, committed to her responsibilities and social with the guests in the house. Totally recommend having her in your team.

The reviews I read before applying to this exchange spoke so highly of the experience and staff that I almost wondered if it would be able to live up to the hype but it absolutely did. Monica and Thiago are great to work for, both them and the work itself are super fair and the rest of the staff are also delightful. Good opportunities to surf and explore, you have plenty of time to do so so make sure you do because it's so nice at the hostel especially with the pool sometimes I would get trapped there! Would absolutely recommend and I'm so grateful for the opportunity. There is also a cat!!!
