An experience with us will be like no other! We began in 2022 and had over 30 staff throughout the season so we're looking forward to others helping us grow in the future. We're more than just a volunteering programme as we offer very good commission and the opportunity to enjoy your summer in one of the most amazing, beautiful coastal towns in the world; Split, Croatia. You'll not only create experiences with us but many other places around town as we partner with many bars, restaurants and tour companies giving you the full experience of Split.

I'm in the mid-late twenties myself so I am of a similar age to many of the people that join us, therefore I believe I'm very understanding of a wide variety of lifestyles. I often find myself out working and helping the team and even enjoying nights out with them, especially when we're doing well! We're one big team and usually spread over one or two apartments therefore end up spending a lot of time together.
