Our unique and stunning land on the southern tip of the Isle of Wight offers a true retreat from the busy world. Surround yourself in the beauty of the natural landscape. Enjoy the stunning coast line and some of the best weather in the UK. Our accommodation is cosy and comfortable. You will have a one of kind experience and help contribute to preserving and improve our land for other to enjoy.
We are calm, caring and considerate people. We do our best to make sure our volunteers are comfortable and able to involve themselves to the best of their ability.

My experience with Russ, Steph and Amara was lovely. They are a calmed, kind and hardworking family. They helped me with everything I needed help with and more. They made me feel like they cared about me being comfortable there with them. The food was healthy.
The time there was perfect to connect to nature, live slow, build a nice routine and just be there. The feeling of being in the island was something in between being isolated and being part of a big group of people.
The place is beautiful and the maintenance jobs help them to keep it that way. I enjoyed a lot contributing on that.

The time I spent here was truly amazing. Russ, Steph & Amara all contributed beautifully to make this experience one that i’ll never forget. I feel I have made friends for life here. The views are spectacular, and if you’re a keen walking enthusiast (like i am) then it truly is a magical place to come and stay. The guys were super friendly and accommodating and couldn’t do enough to ensure I had a memorable stay. Thank you so much to all three of you, I very much look forward to my return.

This was my first trip with WP. I arrived in Niton and was nervous, because you never really know how the people you will work for are going to greet you. But the second Russel and Steph came to pick me up, all the nerves calmed down. They were all smiles and happy days, and that energy was a constant, even when the days had been long and tiresome.
They trust you with your work, and make sure to give you feedback and help to understand the things you might need to learn.

I stayed just two weeks at Puckaster, and I wish I could have stayed longer! Steph and Russ are two amazing people; from the moment you arrive, they take care of you as if you are one of the family. The whole time I spent at Puckaster, there wasn't a second I felt not accepted. They often had dinner nights with friends of theirs, and those were jolly evenings with a lot of laughter a good food. The tasks weren't hard at all, and they were very flexible with the hours. Good food, good people, and the sea, I couldn't have asked for more for my first trip. Thank you! Keep vibin!!

I spent two beautiful weeks in the amazing Isle of Wight. Russ and Steph were really lovely all the time, and Amara, their little daughter, such a wonderful and funny girl! I'll really miss the sea view dinners.
The worked mostly in the garden, nothing really difficult.
I slept in a nice caravan, with the bathroom outside but really close. It's an amazing place to see the stars in the night. I'll hope could return someday, I really loved it!
