RAD Hostel

Colorado Springs is the perfect location for experiencing the Pikes Peak region of the Rocky Mountains. Our location is in the city, but we're literally minutes from nature and some of the best hiking, biking, and rock climbing in the state. Garden of the Gods is less than 15 min from us and the base of Pikes Peak is only a 20 min drive. So many trails! We offer engaging activities- some onsite to encourage making new friends and some in the city or on the trail to connect guests and staff with the best the area has to offer. As much as we would love to explore and play all day, we do have a job to do and because we strive to give our guests a RAD experience, we work hard as a team and we get it done. We want our volunteers to leave with great memories of Colorado so we encourage a balance of work, adventure, and relaxation.

I am a high energy person who loves welcoming new guests and staff into our hostel. My love of everything Colorado means I enjoy connecting people to all of the best recreational and cultural activities in the area. Our team is super-friendly, fun, adventurous, hard- working, welcoming, and respectful. We love to laugh and have a good time. We're like a big family (from all over the world) so volunteers can expect to be treated like a brother or sister, but without the teasing... okay maybe a little teasing. We can't wait to meet you and show you around!
