We promote the diversity opportunity for the absolute Cultural Exchange experience, where while our local Hellenic traditions are shared through cuisine, folklore dance lessons, local interaction, exploration of the most wonderful surroundings, Greek lessons etc the multi diverse crowd that completes the community lifestyle project also is required to offer the traditions of their origins!
We believe in the cultivation of the body the land and the mind.

We are highly experienced with 1000s volunteers to have passed by and contributed the last 7 years.

My time at the Crossroads Project has been amazing!
Alex and Pam are very good hosts, not only because of everything they offer within the project, such as the food and making use of the house as if it were your own (spectacular pool area and tree house); but also they took me on boat trips and invited me to be one more of their family, participating in the traditional "Panigiri" festivities.
Great experience to get to know the Greek culture from the inside and also to connect with other international travellers. Also learning about sustainability and permaculture, 100% recommended!

Alex and Pam are nice hosts and really do a good work with they place! The place is really beautiful and nice to have a time worh the others volunteers. Was a good experience to learn about sustainability and about relations with people also. Was a nice moment I'm grateful for the experience!

My experience at the crossroads was amazing, to say the least. I learned a lot about permaculture and made friends from all over the world. The environment is very inclusive and relaxing. Would definitely recommend to any new travelers.

I am completely grateful for being given the opportunity to be part of this amazing community. Alex and Pam invest a lot in making a community, they give far beyond the basics on many occasions and make sure that each volunteer has the best experience. The work is simple and the working hours are always respected, it totally pays to do your best. They know how to choose good people, I enjoyed the company and the experiences we gained together. Mike, Paolo and Stefania are lovely people who welcome you with open arms. And the food is very good. would recommend staying for more than a month

I loved my time at The Crossroads so much! I had an amazing time learning about gardening and agriculture, and living in a real sustainable community! Everyone in the villa was so nice and it was so fun to meet lifelong friends from around the world.
