We're a team of young international backpackers. We are consistently one of the best rated hostels in Prague and in Europe. We also have a reputation as one of the best party hostels around. That means people come to our hostel to have a good time - guests and staff alike. Your job will mostly involve hanging out with guests and making sure they're all having fun. Does that sound like fun to you?
We've been in business for over 9 years and have had many staff and volunteers over the years. They have all been like family. We care a lot about the wellbeing of all of our staff and want to make sure their experience working with us is just as positive as the experience of all of the guests that come to us. We expect volunteers to come full of positive energy and willing to be a team player. In exchange, they can expect to rewarded with an organized and fun hostel environment where they'll be able to meet people from all around the world and hopefully make long-lasting connections and friendships.

MadHouse was definitely a home away from home. It was my first experience volunteering and I couldn’t ask for anything better! The social atmosphere of the hostel is great and I made friends for life. Also, all the hours were respected and the work was pretty simple. I would recommend this hostel for everyone and I can’t wait to be there again ❤️

There is truly no way to sum up my time at Madhouse. This place becomes a second home and the staff and other volunteers become your family. This is definitely a role only for highly social people and you must be prepared to party a lot, but it’s the most fun you’ll ever have! This is a place where you get the most out of it if you jump right in and go with the flow. I made the best of friends and got to see the best of Prague during my time here and am already planning on returning whenever I can. Thanks Madhouse LOVE U

It has been one of the most exciting experiences in my life! Everyday was a new adventure, I loved the drinking games and to take the guests out to the different night venues as well as to enjoy over there with all the rest of the staff. The tasks are easy and fun to perform. There was always good communication and we were all working like a team in order to provide the best hostel experience to everyone. I would be more than happy to comeback someday to my family Madhouse! You should definitely come here as well.

My experience at madhouse was incredible! I had an amazing time there and I’ll definitely come back. All staff and volunteers were super nice and friendly. I would recommend this place if you are a social person that enjoys going out and meeting new people all the time. If you don’t it might not be for you:) thank you madhouse team

Madhouse is filled with characters that make your experience unforgettable. I’d highly recommend to stay here as a guest first to understand the vibe that you’re coming into as for some it may be full on but it’s super fun once you jump into it. Be aware this is a role for a highly social individual, but if you love hanging around great people like all the staff of Danni, Abdul, Jazz, Sean, John, Devon and Howie or the other amazing volunteers and guests, you’re in for a experience that will keep making you come back whether as a guest or a volunteer.
