We are set to be Colorado’s first certified B-Corp in the hospitality industry and Summit County’s first overall certified B-Corp. Our vision is to be as socially & environmentally responsible as possible. We want to inspire not only our guests, but our colleagues and community as well, by showcasing how a business can create a positive impact for people & the planet through thoughtful consideration of employee equality & wages, product procurement, waste & recycling, and support for local artisans and businesses. Join our team to be on the ground floor of a soon-to-be thriving operation and help shape our culture and vision.
Volunteers will treated as part of the family! Accommodation will be in a 6 or 8-bed shared dormitory. Come spend time with us in our mountain paradise and enjoy everything there is to enjoy about the Colorado Rockies!

The hotel is awesome, wonderful, I think the best I’ve ever stayed at.
People were so friendly and kind to me. My hosts Rob and Lynne are fantastic people and they were great to me.

I had a great time at The Pad! The staff and other volunteers were super friendly and helpful and made me feel welcome the whole time. The Pad is beautiful and it is in a very pretty and convenient area. Work was easy and we had plenty of time off to explore around Colorado and enjoy the nature!

I had the best time at The Pad it went beyond my expectations. Everyone was welcoming and the nature was beautiful. Tasks were simple customer service skills and some light cleaning . Would defiantly recommend

I had such a amazing expierence at the pad! This was my first world packers expierence, and I honestly had no idea what I was walking into but this expierence exceeded my expectations! The place was beautifulll! The staff and managment are super nice, helpful and reachable. I went on alot of outings, hikes, etc. with other staff which was really fun. You will have a set scheduel and the tasks are as described and you have alot of time to explore and do your own thing with 4 days off. It was easy to meet people and there were always events going on like trivia, yoga, etc. I would 100% recommend

I had such an amazing time at The Pad! Everyone I encountered, employees and guests, were all kind people. You are given a structured schedule with reasonable and simple tasks and you also have plenty of spare time to explore the area which is a plus. A really awesome place to socialize and meet some lovely people! I would highly recommend this experience to anyone!
