It was not third experience with Worldpackers and I stayed for 3 weeks. All in all, I had a very good and fun time. The working hours are very easy and you have a free day after three days of working. To eat lunch, we always go to another hostel and get fresh food there. I have had enough time to explore Algarve and Faro. I would definitely come back!

Este fue mi 2do voluntariado, Faro tiene un clima muy agradable en invierno, las actividades son de limpieza en los 2 hostel, todos los días comparten el itinerario de actividades, la ubicación de ambos está en el centro de la ciudad, se respetan las horas de trabajo, trabajas 3 o 4 días y descansas uno, pude visitar ciudades cercanas, el almuerzo es bueno y variado, puedes cocinar tu comida, lavar tu ropa en cierto horario, lo único que podrían mejorar es la ventilación de la habitación de los voluntarios en PE, fue una experiencia maravillosa, me llevo grandes amigos, excelentes anfitriones

This was my first Backpacker’s volunteer experience and it was incredible! I stayed in Faro for three weeks and met lots of amazing people.

The hosts of the experience, Pedro & Sonja, were extremely kind and welcoming. My experience took place during the holidays and they ensured that there was still holiday spirit.

The volunteer work was just as it was said on the application. Hours were from 10:30am-2:30pm with days off sprinkled in. The work was doable and the hosts answered any questions I had.

Overall a great experience that I recommend to everyone! :)

Foi uma experiência muito tranquila. Os anfitriões nos receberam em um momento muito delicado, pois havíamos acabado de encerrar antecipadamente uma péssima experiência. E no Portuguese encontramos o que precisávamos, conforto e aconchego. A casa nos atendeu muito bem. As tarefas são bem explicadas e fáceis de executar, e os horários são cumpridos conforme combinado. Pedro e Sonja estão sempre atentos às demandas, e sempre buscam reconhecer nosso trabalho. Fiz muitos amigos e me diverti muito durante esse 1 mês. Muito obrigada!!!

Tive uma ótima experiência! O acolhimento, cuidado e atenção dos anfitriões, que mesmo estando longe pois estavam viajando, foi um diferencial. A localização é boa e os horários e tarefas são tranquilos, então consegui aproveitar bem a cidade, além de conseguir conhecer cidades vizinhas também. Recomendo muito esse voluntariado!
