If you would like to get to know Tromsø and the Arctic for some weeks and also get to know other intrepid travelers, this is your place!
We offer reasonable and flexible working hours in a relaxed atmosphere, and you will be able to stay in your own private single room!
This is a very small business with only one employee, with whom you will be in contact with and have her support during your whole stay. I moved to Tromsø myself from Barcelona already 4 years ago. I wasn't planning at that time to stay long, but I just fell in love with this place and its nature. And here I am, after 4 years experiencing the midnight sun in summer and the Northern Lights and the snow in winter, accepting the challenge of opening and running my own business! :)

Realmente disfruté muchísimo mis días en Tromso y mi experiencia como voluntaria. Tere es una excelente host, las tareas son sencillas, las horas son las acordadas y los días libres son super flexibles.. CoCo es un hermoso hostel con un ambiente muy agradable, sin dudas volvería!!

I very enjoyed my first experience with Worldpackers. Teresa is an amazing host, she explains everything clearly and even when I had some problems she was eager to say what I do wrong. I had a lot of free time to enjoy Norway, Tromsø is a big city and there's lots of nature nearby.

I really enjoyed my stay in Tromsø and definitely recommend it for everyone wanting to explore the area. Teresa is a great host, super nice and easy to talk to! The work is exactly as described, doesn´t take a lot of time and the schedule is super flexible, which is great if you are on the hunt for good weather. There is a lot of solo travelers staying in the hostel, but most of them don't stay very long. In Tromsø itself it's not that easy to meet people, so I spent a lot of time by myself, which I didn´t mind. I loved the calm vibe of the city and went on amazing hikes and tours :)

Being in Tromsø and helping out at Coco was a really comfortable and fun experience. First of all you have your own room which is super nice. The work is super manageable and easy to do. Teresa communicates the tasks well and is really easy to talk to and flexible about your shifts. Tromsø is a lively city with a lot of cafes and bars

I really enjoyed may stay at Coco Apartments! Teresa is a very nice host and the communication was always very good. The work is simple and the hours were pretty flexible in my case (we were enough volunteers and it was not peak season). I even had my own room, which i really enjoyed :) Thank you Teresa for the nice stay!
