I spent 2 weeks at Wow Tainan hostel. This was my first work exhhange experience and it could not have been better. The owner and the staff are great! The work included making the beds, laundry, cleaning the toilets/shower rooms. I worked at most 3 hours a day. some days there was very less work. Lunch provided everyday was delicious! we even had a potluck dinner on my last day there. The dorm room for the volunteers was great too. I also got to attend the yoga sessions at the studio, free! Highly recommend volunteering with Wow Tainan hostel. :)

I spend a really good time in wow tainan hostel. People were nice, job not difficult and the city is really comfortable. Thanks to everyone for making my stay here really nice ! I felt like home and I learnt many things about Taiwan and Chinese language !

Great experience!
Most duties are the usual cleaning/house chores, you are supposed to start at 11:00 and end up by 15:00, but don't worry they are not that sharp with the starting hour and you'll finish way before 15:00 most days (when I was by myself I ended at 15:00, but with other helpers you'll finish in no time!), weekends seem to be more active while weekdays are wuite calm.
Free breakfast and lunch, free bikes, free yoga. And more importantly, nice people, ready to help you or just share some laughs.

WOW TAINAN International Hostel was my first worldpacker experiencie, and it was amazing!! I need to tell everyone that who reads this review that i lived one of the best experiences of my life there, i met many beautiful people that i will never forget and i hope to see again soon.
The activities are simple like doing beds and maintain the floors and bathroom's clean. The schedule is perfect because you have a lot of time to do other activities and get to know the city. Also the hostel provide breakfast and lunch which is great.

This is the 1st time I work in exchange living in a hostel. It's also the start of my journey. I enjoy food and meet some local persons. Although this is in my country I could still meet some travelers there. Everybody talk about hobbies, language learning and travel experience. It's wonderful. I really appreciate the the host gave me the opportunity. Thank you all.

My stay at Wow Tainan Hostel was an amazing experience. I learned a lot about housekeeping, without feeling that I was even working. The tasks were easy. Everyone is friendly. The hostel is filled with artworks. I also enjoyed the yoga class. I will surely go back.

My experience was the greatest I could imagine during my stay.
The Hostel is awesome, really nice enviromental, really close to the main train station.There area bikes to rent to go for a ride in all over the pretty city of Tainan. Good food and shops just with a few minutes walk.
The staff and hosts were just amazing. They made me feel at home, were always helping me with the work and were flexible so that I could take days off to travel. They showed me how is the local life and where were the best spots to go.
A special thank to Chen and Wei for having me.

Wow Tainan was great!! The staff was more like family. Everyone was very helpful and friendly! Chen and Rick are the best receptionists!! And biking around Tainan was so much fun! I hope to return soon!
