Reception Help--> Afternoons We are looking for amazing people who have experience in Reception and want to help us at the Hostel. 3 shifts per week, so easy! This gives you plenty of time to enjoy the city or go out and look for a 2nd job. We need help with afternoon shifts, PM shifts take care of check-ins, and preparing the Hostel for the next morning plus light cleaning duties.

We are looking for people with previous experience in hostel reception.

Atividades & Turnos

Reception is open from 8am to 11pm (1am Fridays and Saturdays)

Shifts we are looking to cover are mostly Sundays through Thursdays, leaving you with the weekends free!!!

Reception job has been simplified a lot. So it's easy to train =)

With reception being so easy, there is more time to pay attention to our dorms, common areas and our guests. Expect to be walking around all over the Hostel a lot, so we expect you to have an upbeat/active personality.

You will be doing:
1. Room inspections 2. Laundry inventories 3. Light cleaning duties (mostly common areas and kitchen) 4. Preparing the Hostel for the morning shift (leaving coffee ready, bread and jellies out, nice and tidy)

Regras

For new volunteers or those who have no reviews; there is a $100 security deposit payable upon arrival that will be refunded at the end of the agreed stay. Unless, you are responsible for property loss or damage or decide to leave within the first 3 weeks of stay.

We really expect you to be ready 15 minutes before shift, please don't make us have to go to the dorm and wake you up...

Staff is responsible for keeping staff dorm and bathroom clean on their own time, taking turns to complete tasks.
