I loved the experience! The dormitory was really nice, with everything I needed. The area in Bundang was also a really great place, with lots of things to do and super close to the subway station. The work at the coliving was super easy and the students were all so friendly, so it was really nice to speak to them and learn about the Korean culture.

This was my first worldpackers' experience and I felt very welcomed all throughout my experience. I communicated a lot with the dorm manager Cassia before and during my stay. We each have a total of five 4 hour shifts a week and have the option of getting double shifts to have more days off. Some shifts are confirmed prior but most of the time we may choose our own. At the dorm, water/rice/noodles/potatoes/seasonings are provided and it is comfortable to use the kitchen. The school is a 10 minute walk to get to and is it very close to the metro, with lots to do around the area. I enjoyed it!

The experience as a whole was wonderful! Volunteering at the academy and having conversations with the students was so fun I didn't even feel the time passing. The students are so nice, and I never ran out of topics to talk to them about! The shifts were flexible so I had the time to go exploring and sightseeing (and trying all kinds of korean food, of course). The dorms are spacious (although I was in a shared room with 3 other people), and the food and water were provided as agreed upon. There were a few problems with my roommates, but it was nothing a good conversation can't fix.

I am very grateful and very much appreciate all the help that Kim, Niki and Marck have given me. The dormitory is well located in a central point of Bundang. It has all the necessary services to have a cozy stay. It has easy access to public transportation. A few meters away there is a long jogging path and a number of shops, restaurants, cafes. Although the post does not offer food, they provide ramen, potatoes, rice, purified water and seasonings to prepare your own meals in the kitchen. There is a fridge, washing machine and Wifi. The working time agreement is respected.

Overall the experience was nice, met a lot of interesting people among foreigners and locals. I actually really liked to also live outside of Seoul, it was cool to experience living in a more residential area. I also liked to meet local people and get to know more about the culture. Also our apartment was very nice, it has two bathrooms, which was very convenient. The workload was okay, but sometimes a bit unorganized. There's not much contact with the host and some basic things are not really explained/you have to ask other volunteers instead of the host.

It was great getting to know the students, and all the international roommates were so kind and fun to talk to! Sometimes it might seem kind of complicated reading and remembering the schedule the first week there, but after learning to read it, it gets easier to understand. I loved the location since it's close to various stores, restaurants, and cafes. If you are an introvert like me, or you want to see more local life besides big names like Itaewon and Hongdae, this place is great! Thank you for everyone who helped me adjust, and for getting the chance to make many Korean friends!

I had a great time Meeting korean people and talking to them, made some really nice friends, everything was as we agreed and even more! We had rice, potatoes and noodle soups at home for free as well... That was very much appreciated. Also we were invited to a team meal where we enjoyed a korean barbecue and soup! The apartment is big, clean, I even had my own bathroom in the room, we had a laundry machine and dryingracks, the.apartment is located near the bus and metro stations that take you to hongdae, gangnam, basically anywhere .

I have to say the planning was extremely spontaneous. Nevertheless, Kay was so kind as well as all my roommates, thus I never had trouble to feel almost like at home :). The work in the language studio was not extremely demanding and not tough at all. Still it was a great experience teaching locals in english. The dorm was alright, we had everything one needs and it is 10-15min away from the studio which is very convenient. I was here for 4 weeks and everything, I wanted to achieve with this trip became reality, thus I can genuinely recommend it!

It was my first time undergoing this teaching experience in another country and I truly did feel very welcomed. I was shown where materials could be accessed by fellow colleagues but I would have preferred the host to have shown me where and how to print the necessary documents for my class. Thankfully the host had travellers who enjoyed their experience so much that they came back and they were able to assist me.
