This was my first volunteering and i just can say that it was a great experience. The staff is always there to solve your doubts so you never alone. The assignments are easy and the place is near to the center and a lot of bars !

It was the first time that I volunteered and it could not have gone any better. The peoples I have met and the staff were amazing and really understanding. I think that it is the perfect place to meet a lot of incredible people. The work is really chill so I had a lot of free time to visit the hostel and the location of the hostel is just perfect. I can not express how much I have enjoyed my time there so I 100% recommend you to go

I really liked this experience because you get to know a lot of fun and new people, while also having a lot of time to explore the hostel, since the work is pretty easy. But still, if you have any questions the staff is always happy to help out. Also the location is amazing as you are close to everything. I can really recommend this place to everyone!

This was my first volunteering experience and i couldn't be happier with it. Everyone at the hostel was very welcoming and helpful. The shifts are not to hard and I still had a lot of free time to explore the city. The hostel is very well located and I met a lot of wonderful people from all over the world. I truly had the most amazing time there and I really recommend volunteering at this place!

This hostel is always going to have a special place in my heart! It's the best place to make memories that you'll never forget. The work is pretty easy and enjoyable and the staff is very open, friendly and always ready to answer any questions or give a helping hand if needed. The location is amazing, it's very close to the best and cheapest bars in the hostel but also far away enough that you can have a chill night in without being disturbed.

My fear of feeling lonely on my first ever one month long solo itinerary was totally unreasonable — I got along with the other 5 volunteers right away! the hostel offers you perks like joining a boat party, a pub crawl or a surf class for a discounted price. If you come here, be aware that the volunteers' room is very cramped with a dysfunctional AC and part of your job, making beds, is going to be physically exhausting. Overall, I felt safe and had a great time for my first volunteer experience!

It was my first volunteering, and it was very cool, the staff is very friendly, I met more travelers and practiced my English. The functions are simple and the breakfast is good. The only detail is that the volunteer rooms could be big because there are 6 people in a very small room and the bed cubicles are very closed. Finally you enjoy the hostel perfectly, the hostel is very well located and there are many activities to do, you can also exchange and go to other hostels in Portugal and spend your days off

This exchange has been a great opportunity to discover the hostel and its surroundings! Also, I had the chance to visit other cities of Portugal and the staff helped me to find free accommodation, which was easy to arrange. People working here are nice and friendly. I became friends with some of my volunteer-colleagues and that's always a great feeling, to share the experience with them. They're from different nationalities so it was interesting to learn from them. The hostel is well located and the shifts are respected. Overall, it was a very good experience :)
