We have a 10 acre farm growing orchids, coffee, cacao, dragon fruit and many fruit trees. Fridays are prepping orchids for shipping, Mondays are packing. The rest of the week what ever needs to be done! This is a beautiful farm, started in 1992. One mile from the quaint town of Pahoa on the Big Island of Hawaii

Stay in your own cabin (not shared) on a working orchid / coffee / cacao / dragon fruit farm. One mile from the quaint town of Pahoa on the Big island. Shared kitchen with full size refrigerator and stove, and electricity. Pure county water. Hot water, shower. Quiet and peaceful. We expect 20 hours per week, usually Monday thru Friday 8:00 am to noon, but we can be flexible. Help can be tailored to your abilities and desires. There are orchids to plant and take care of. Fridays we prepare orchids for shipment. Monday we pack and ship. There are 300 coffee trees that need tending. Every other week we harvest cacao. We are expanding our cacao and dragon fruit plantings

Our farm is 6 miles from the most recent lava flow (we are in a safe zone) that happened in 2018. It is easy to visit and mesmerizing. Volcano National Park is a half hour away. The ocean is near by and humpback whales can
