Alma com Alma

Wir sind eine Gruppe von Seelen, die sich der internationalen regenerativen Bewegung und der permanenten Verbesserung der natürlichen Umwelt und menschlichen Zusammenarbeit verschrieben haben.

Alma com Alma ist eine Vereinigung von Menschen, die den Ruf haben, ein Leben zu führen, das mehr gibt, als es nimmt. Menschen, die sich versammeln, um zu verstehen, wie man ein ausgewogeneres Leben lebt, schließlich Off-Grid, in engem Kontakt mit der Natur, für die Natur und von der Natur. Alma com Alma ist an einen ökologischen Retreat-Bauernhof in Aljezur verankert, der diejenigen beherbergt, die eine enge Begegnung mit den Elementen der Natur suchen.

Auf einem 45 Hektar großen Gelände ist Alma com Alma ein Labor für Agroökologie und menschliches Verwurzelung. Wir forschen, experimentieren und bauen Wissen auf, das schließlich unsere Mitglieder zu einem regenerativen Leben für eine gedeihende Natur inspiriert und umschult.

VISION

Wir haben eine Vision von einem Planeten, der eine ausgewogene Koexistenz zwischen allen Wesen ermöglicht. Eine Existenz, in der Menschen im Einklang mit den natürlichen Elementen leben und zu ihrer natürlichen Quelle des Glücks verbunden sind. Eine Verbindung, die auf Liebe, Verständnis, Fülle und Einfachheit beruht.

MISSION

Wir verstehen, dass die Beziehung zwischen Menschen und Natur zutiefst unausgewogen ist, aber es gibt Auswege.

Aus dieser Einsicht ist unsere Mission, Wissen zu entwickeln und zu teilen, das die Menschen inspiriert und befähigt, ein regeneratives, wohlhabendes und sinnvolles Leben zu führen, das das individuelle und kollektive Gleichgewicht zurückbringt.

Wir glauben, dass dieser Weg auf dem Verständnis der Ganzheit und der kollektiven-individuellen sowie spirituell-materialen Beziehungen beruht, in denen persönliches Selbstbewusstsein, angeschlossenes Wissen und gemeinschaftliche agroökologische Praktiken gut integriert sind.

Wir möchten unsere Ziele erreichen, indem wir einen Raum schaffen, der sich permanent verändert, Vielfalt integriert und die Realität erzeugt, in der wir leben möchten, ein Ort, der ein gutes Beispiel darstellt und Menschen inspiriert.

We live in a farm that has wild forest, agricultural land and a community of people focused on living closer to their natural source. We are reeducating ourselves to live a regenerative life. Everyday we learn something new out of our process of experimentation to make everything more simple.

In this process, we have several areas of teaching & learning on the job, in which our members can participate.

People should be expected to be treated with care, everyone has the potential to become Family.

Forestry, Food gardening and animal care.

We are located in a 45 hectare land with all five zones of a Permaculture Farm. We have food gardens to be nurtured, wild and productive forests to be managed under the permaculture guidelines and several farm animals to be cared for.

Community living

We are a permanent group of at least 10 people working and helping on the Association activities. Cooking, cleaning and general community living is a central experience for those that want to come for a longer period of time that involves staying at least one month. Everyone that comes to participate in the Association has the amazing opportunity to meet people from all over the world, enjoy the natural landscape of the farm and explore the world-class coast and beaches of Southwest Portugal.

Courses and Retreats.

We hold several courses and retreats, organised by ourselves or in partnership. Affiliates can help out in the organisation and management of these events or they can propose to create one for the association.

Natural Building and off-grid general maintenance.

We are totally off-grid, in terms of water and electricity. This means we are independent from any company supplying these basic commodities. All our constructions are natural buildings or involve the usage of ecological and sustainable materials. Affiliates can come to join in rehabilitation, construction or maintenance events, some of this in the form of formal courses or just in the course of the Association daily activity.

We are weekly organised by areas and tasks, so we all can flow with good speed and grace ;)

*** Between early January and May 2025, we are looking for carpenters, masons, painters and wood sculptors, to continue the work in the community village, finishing building a wooden house for the team, and setup a big garden pond to introduce ducks in our food garden system 🪚🧱🪵 🦆💦
We are also looking for help in the kitchen to cook for the community and people with experience to help out in the Forest maintenance and Food Gardens.
