We love when volunteers bring their own skills and personality — and in return, we offer a comfortable stay, delicious Cambodian meals, and plenty of free time to explore the beaches, pepper farms, and nearby national park.

Our place is more than just a volunteer exchange — it’s a chance to slow down, learn from local life, and be part of something genuine in one of Cambodia’s most beautiful coastal towns.

Our Team currently is a mix of locals and travelers and the local staff are super friendly. They are always up for a laugh and happy to share some Khmer language or local cooking tips. The rest of us help keep the good vibes rolling — chatting with guests, organizing little events or making sure the place runs smoothly.

If you come volunteer with us, you’re not just helping out — you’re part of the family. We’re all about respect, a chill teamwork and making sure everyone enjoys their time here. You’ll have clear tasks, flexible hours and plenty of free time to explore the beaches. The pepper/salt farms or just behind us, the national park.
