We are looking for a motivated and skilled volunteer to support the growth of our tour company, which operates in one of the most beautiful and adventurous areas of Laos.

This program is ideal for someone with experience in:
• Website management
• SEO optimization
• Improving online conversion rates
• Digital marketing strategy
• Content creation (blogs, tour descriptions, landing pages)
• Basic analytics & performance tracking

Your Main Tasks
• Review and optimize our website content
• Improve SEO structure (keywords, meta descriptions, headings, internal linking)
• Optimize tour descriptions to increase direct bookings
• Suggest improvements to increase online conversions
• Support Google visibility and ranking
• Help create strategic content to attract more international travelers

We are especially focused on growing direct bookings and reducing dependency on third-party platforms.

Because the minimum stay is 2 week, we require commitment during that period.

The schedule is flexible and mostly remote. We focus on productivity and results rather than strict supervision. Once daily tasks are completed, you are free to enjoy your time exploring the town, hiking, kayaking, visiting caves, or relaxing.

While your main focus will be website support and digital optimization for our tour company, we also value teamwork across our businesses.

If you are at the café and notice that it is busy — for example, tables need cleaning or the space needs quick organizing — we appreciate your initiative to help maintain a clean and welcoming environment for our customers.
