Social Media: Betreue und aktualisiere Social-Media-Kanäle.

We are a small and growing homestay-style hostel in Moshi, near Mount Kilimanjaro. This is a calm, friendly, and community-focused space where travelers can connect, relax, and experience local life.
As a volunteer, we expect you to be proactive, creative, and open-minded. Your main contribution will be helping us grow our online presence through social media content creation, photography, and short videos. You will also help create a welcoming atmosphere by interacting with guests and supporting the daily vibe of the hostel. Occasionally, light help with keeping shared spaces clean and organized may be needed.
We expect responsibility during agreed working hours (around 3–4 flexible hours per day, 5 days per week). We value initiative, good communication, and a positive attitude more than fixed routines.
In return, you can expect a friendly and welcoming environment, accommodation in a social and relaxed setting, and the opportunity to experience local life in Tanzania. You will have plenty of free time to explore Moshi, waterfalls, coffee farms, and surrounding attractions. This is also a great opportunity to build your portfolio in content creation and gain real travel experience in East Africa.
We are not a busy party hostel, so some days may be quiet. We see this as an opportunity for creativity, rest, and meaningful cultural exchange.
We believe in mutual respect, teamwork, and shared responsibility. This is a space where volunteers are part of the family and contribute to building something from the early stages.
Volunteers will help around 3–4 flexible hours per day, 5 days per week. Tasks include creating social media content (photos and videos), helping improve our online presence, engaging with guests, and supporting the hostel’s atmosphere. Some light help with keeping common areas tidy may also be needed. Work is flexible depending on daily needs.
