Content Writer: Schreibe, bearbeite und veröffentliche inspirierende Inhalte.
Videoerstellung: Erstellen, Bearbeiten und Veröffentlichen digitaler Videos.
Social Media: Betreue und aktualisiere Social-Media-Kanäle.

Gemeinschaftszimmer: Du bekommst ein Bett in einem Gemeinschaftszimmer, was bedeutet, dass du dir den Raum mit anderen Reisenden teilst.

This experience is perfect for travelers who love storytelling, creativity, social media, photography, videography, and beach life.
Our beachfront eco-hostel is still being built and shaped every day, which means there are endless opportunities to create authentic and unique content. From construction projects and surf sessions to sunsets, bonfires, dinners, local adventures, and daily hostel life, there is always something happening to capture and share.
We want our social media to feel real, creative, fun, and community-driven, not overly polished or corporate. Volunteers are encouraged to bring their own style, ideas, and creative vision to the project.
Outside of content creation, you’ll become part of a small international community focused on creativity, sustainability, and meaningful experiences. We regularly organize social activities like craft nights, movie nights, bonfires, dinners, surf sessions, trips to local rodeos or bars, and spontaneous adventures around town.
The property runs on solar energy, we build using natural and recycled materials whenever possible, and there are 3 friendly dogs living on the property as well.
We also offer two homemade meals, often italian, per day for a small contribution of around $5–8 USD daily. Meals are a big part of the day, creating a social and welcoming atmosphere. You are also welcome to cook your own food and/or skip any meal.
Shifts are usually around 4 hours per day, typically in the mornings, leaving afternoons and weekends free to enjoy the beach, surf, relax, explore, or spend time with the group.
Activities may include:
* Creating Instagram reels and TikToks
* Photography and videography
* Editing photos and videos
* Capturing hostel life and social activities
* Creating content about the building process
* Helping with branding and creative ideas
* Filming surf sessions, sunsets, dinners, events, and volunteer life
* Assisting with social media posting and engagement
We’re looking for people who are creative, proactive, and enjoy storytelling. Professional experience is not required — passion, creativity, and initiative matter much more than perfect equipment or editing skills.
There is a lot of creative freedom in this role, and volunteers are encouraged to bring their own ideas and personal style to the project.
