Programmdetails

BASE is a small Airbnb and coworking hub in Mexico City, near Constitución de 1917. This position is for a responsible resident assistant who wants a productive base in CDMX while supporting our hospitality operation.

You will receive a private room, high-speed internet, access to a workspace, kitchen use, selected events, mentoring and a certificate at the end of the experience.

This is ideal for an organized, independent and service-minded person with interest in hospitality, remote work, entrepreneurship or personal growth. We are not a party hostel; we are a calm, professional and respectful space.

Aktivitäten & Schichten

The exchange is 25 hours per week, with 2 free days.

Main activities include:

* Helping with check-ins and check-outs.
* Preparing rooms before guest arrivals.
* Cleaning rooms, bathroom and common areas.
* Changing sheets and keeping spaces tidy.
* Supporting guest communication when needed.
* Basic admin support for reservations and schedules.
* Light support in the coworking space during events or daily operation.

Schedules may change depending on Airbnb reservations, but we always organize them in advance. We value punctuality, clear communication and attention to detail.

Rules:

* No drugs.
* No visitors without authorization.
* Quiet hours from 10:00 pm to 7:00 am.
* Keep your room and shared spaces clean.
* Be punctual and communicate clearly.
* Take care of keys, furniture and equipment.
* Respect guests, neighbors and the team.
* Do not share private business or guest information.
* If something breaks or goes wrong, report it immediately.
