Family Hostel is a friendly and social place in Bali where travelers feel at home. Volunteers get free accommodation in a dormitory, access to our billiards table (pool), karaoke nights, friendly dogs, and a welcoming team. Tasks include reception, check-ins/check-outs, cleaning, and helping with tours. Choose either a morning shift (9 AM–3 PM) or evening shift (3 PM–9 PM). Lucky life easy life!

Party-Promoter: Hilfe bei der Organisation und Promotion von Partys und sozialen Aktivitäten.

Hauswirtschaft: Hilfe beim Wechseln der Bettwäsche und allgemeiner Hauswirtschaft.

Rezeption: Hilf bei Check-ins, Check-outs und Gästebetreuung.

Welcome to Family Hostel

About Us

Family Hostel is a friendly and social hostel where travelers from all over the world come together to relax, explore, and create unforgettable memories. We believe in making every guest feel at home and providing a fun, welcoming atmosphere for both travelers and volunteers.

Our hostel offers free accommodation in a shared dormitory room for volunteers. We also have affordable food and drinks available on-site, making it easy to enjoy your stay without spending much.

The hostel features a swimming pool, karaoke nights, friendly dogs, and a welcoming team that is always happy to help. We love creating a positive environment where guests can meet new friends and enjoy their time in Bali.

Volunteer Experience

We are looking for enthusiastic, responsible, and friendly volunteers who enjoy meeting people and helping create a great experience for our guests.

You can choose one of two daily shifts:

Morning Shift: 9:00 AM – 3:00 PM

Evening Shift: 3:00 PM – 9:00 PM

Tasks

Your responsibilities may include:

* Welcoming guests and assisting at reception
* Managing check-ins and check-outs
* Keeping common areas clean and organized
* Cleaning rooms after guest check-out
* Assisting the kitchen team when needed
* Helping maintain a pleasant atmosphere around the hostel

Tour Assistance

We also organize tours for our guests. When we have larger groups, volunteers may have the opportunity to assist with tour operations.

If you can ride a scooter, that’s a big plus. Sometimes volunteers help guests reach nearby tour starting points, which are usually only about 10 minutes away. We will provide training and guidance, so no previous experience is required.

Volunteers may also help organize groups during tours, assist guests, and make sure everyone has a fun and enjoyable experience.
