Help us launch our new social hostel in Ubud, Bali 🐰

We are opening a new social hostel in Ubud, and we are looking for creative travelers who want to help us build the vibe before opening.

This position is mainly for marketing, content creation, and social promotion. We need someone who is confident, creative, and enjoys meeting people.

Your help can include:
Creating videos and reels for Instagram / TikTok
Taking photos of the hostel, rooms, activities, and guests
Planning content ideas and a simple posting schedule
Helping grow our social media before opening
Promoting events, activities, and hostel nights
Connecting with travelers, backpackers, nomads, and local communities
Helping organize small social events or pre-opening gatherings
Bringing fun ideas to make the hostel feel alive and social

We are not looking for someone to just work behind a laptop. We want someone who can be part of the atmosphere, talk to people, create good energy, and help us show the personality of the hostel online.

The hostel is still in the preparation/opening phase, so it is a good oportunity for someone who wants to be part of a project from the beginning, create real content, and leave their mark on the place.

We offer accommodation, a nice place to stay in Ubud, new friendships, local experience, and the chance to be part of building a cool hostel community from zero.

Aktivitäten & Schichten

The shift is flexible depending on the projects of the week, events, content days, and the opening preparation, but volunteers will typically help around 4-5 hours per day, 5 days per week, with 2 days off.

The daily tasks will be focused on marketing, content creation, social media, and helping us create a fun hostel atmosphere before opening.

Some days may be more focused on shooting videos and photos, other days on planning content, posting, or helping with social events.

Regeln

We want volunteers who are positive, reliable, social, and creative.

Please only apply if you are serious about helping and being part of the project. We are in the pre-opening phase, so things can change and we need people who are flexible, proactive, and easy-going.

Expectations:
Be respectful with the team, guests, neighbors, and local culture
Be on time for agreed shifts and communicate if you are late or unavailable
Be proactive and bring ideas, not just wait for instructions
Help create a good social atmosphere, but stay professional
No heavy partying during help hours
Respect quiet hours and hostel rules
Keep shared spaces clean after using them
Take care of any equipment used for photos, videos, or events
Content created for the hostel can be used for marketing
Do not post anything about the hostel that could damage the image of the project
Be honest about your skills and experience
